I ordered the harness and leash they seem solid for what I paid. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Compared to some of the other ones I’ve bought before, this one feels... Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably buy again.

My package showed up later than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I was left wondering where it was for days 😕

For some reason, the website just feels kind of messy to use. The design is clunky, and it doesn’t feel very smooth or easy to navigate.

I emailed about my order twice and didn’t hear anything back for days. I even tried using the contact form, and still nothing?? It was really frustrating because I just wanted a quick update. Maybe the products are fine, but the customer service definitely wasn’t great in my experience

Ordered a harness for my dog and the size chart was spot on. I was expecting it to maybe be a little off, but it fit him right away and I didn’t have to deal with an exchange or anything. So yeah… happy with it.

I ordered a leash and collar for my dog, they looked great when they arrived. The material felt solid at first and the style was exactly what I wanted. After a few months, though, the stitching started wearing down more than I expected. It’s still usable, but for the price, I thought it would hold up better. I also didn’t feel like there was much of a personal touch when I reached out, kind of felt like I was just another ticket number. Overall, not bad, but not something I’d rave about either.

This harness fits my dog well, and he doesn’t fuss nearly as much on walks now, which is a nice change. It did take me a few minutes to get the straps adjusted right, but once it was set, it seemed comfortable on him. I was kind of expecting him to wiggle around or act annoyed like he does with some things, but he just went along with it. Overall, it’s been a good fit for him.
